INCONSISTENT service tarnished the experience
inattentive staff poor food
I stayed for several nights. The dining service felt REALLY inconsistent. One evening, I waited an long time for my meal, and the staff weren't very attentive. I also found that food quality was lacking. The restaurant did not meet expectations. Breakfast was ok, BUT the other meals were disappointing.

poor food quality cold pool
the breakfast had variety. it offered many options for a good start to the day.
the food quality needs a serious improvement. the room i booked should have direct lake views, it did not. the pool was too cold for swimming.

a decent stay
delicious breakfast relaxing spa overpriced food extra charges
the breakfast had so many options, and everything tasted delicious. the spa was very relaxing too, which i appreciated after a long day of travel.
The food i ordered for lunch was overpriced and a bit disappointing. also, it was annoying that i had to pay extra for things like ice. It felt nickel-and-diming.

The indoor swimming pool is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm for guests to enjoy. Are pets allowed in the hotel? I have a small dog.

Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna due to nudity regulations. However, guests aged 14 and over can access the thermal baths. Is the access to the spa facilities included in the room rate?
